Where is my Order currently sitting?
If you've received your order number by SMS or email, but have not yet received a waybill number, that means your order has not been despatched yet.
Your Order will be sitting at one of a number of internal Statuses which you can check by entering your order number and clicking track.
If you've received a waybill number by SMS, that means your order has been despatched and is being handled by our courier company.
You can receive the Couriers tracking information by entering your waybill number and clicking track.
