General Ts & Cs

These Terms & Conditions are specific to Red Advantage, Red Premium and Red VIP Price Plans:

• Talk, Text and Internet carry over for one month. This means that any unused voice minutes / SMS / MB of data will be available until the end of the month after the bundle was allocated.
• Billing for talk (voice calls) is per second, where applicable.
• Out of bundle rates apply when allocated bundles are depleted.
• Remember, smartphone selection and buy-back (trade-in) options are dependent on the deal selected – customers are advised to enquire in store for details so please ensure you refer to the applicable Dealsheet when advising customers.
• Vodacom reserves the right to charge for VOIP events on selected price plans and at applicable lodged rates. VOIP calls are not included as part of the free talk offer.

Multi Data SIM Ts & Cs

Please note the following conditions specific to the Multi Data SIM service:

• Up to 2 free Multi Data SIM cards will be issued when customers agree to the Multi Data SIM service activation.
• The 2 free Multi Data SIM cards are provisioned for data and cannot be used for talk.
• The SIM and connection fee for the 2 free Multi Data SIM cards will not be charged.
• The monthly service fee for the 2 free SIM cards will not be applied while the customer is on a qualifying Red Price Plan.
• Additional Multi Data SIM cards (i.e. a 3rd, 4th, etc. card) will incur standard fees.
• Customers who migrate to any Price Plan other than a qualifying Red Price Plan, will be charged the standard monthly service fee from the date of migration.
• Upgrades / Migrations to a Red Price Plan must be completed before the Multi Data SIM service is activated, to avoid incurring fees.

Limitless Text Ts & Cs

Please note the following conditions specific to Limitless Text (SMS):

• SMS messages can be sent to SA networks anytime; excluding SMS messages to the following destinations:
  

  International	Premium rated
  Content services	VAS services
  Roaming SMS services

• Customers may not purchase ad hoc or recurring SMS bundles as they already have Limitless Text available on their core Price Plan.
• Limitless free BBM text is available on BlackBerry Z10 (OS 10) smartphones, until 31 May 2013.

Limitless Talk Ts & Cs

Please note the following conditions specific to Limitless Talk, only available on the Red VIP Price Plan:

• Calls can be made to any SA network anytime, but exclude calls to the following destinations:
  

  International calls	Premium rated calls
  Roaming services	Premium rated IVRs
  Premium rated Dicon	Special Short Codes
  Video IVR	Travel Talk
  Conference Calls	VOIP calls

  
  Call Sponsor (sponsored calls are charged at the sponsored party’s prevailing price plan rate) International VAS and Premium services
• Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the service immediately in the event of suspected abuse.
• The service may not be used for any bulk calling application or service, nor may the SIM be used in a fixed location or other device with the intention of abusing the service.
• The service may not be used in a non-compliant device as specified by ICASA.
